Can I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership plan at any time. Navigate HERE to modify it.
Your yearly subscription can be cancelled any time as well to avoid a recurring charge at the end of the billing cycle. However, the existing charge can not be pro-rated or refunded.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes! You can pause your membership as required over HERE
Your next billing date will be delayed by the length you had your membership paused!
Please not that your account loses it's VIP previleges upon pausing your membership.
Can I refund my membership?
Unfortunately we aren't able to offer refunds due to the nature of the perks, but we'd be happy to give you a discount on your next purchase!

How often do you do events?
We guarantee at least one event per month at each of the listed cities (at the moment this includes Vancouver, Canada and Jakarta, Indonesia).
We are, however, always working on increasing the frequency of our exclusive and partnered events.
Is the membership worth it?
If you're in one of our event hosting cities, then you save a significant amount on cover charges/tickets as you obtain free entry through your membership! A single ticket/cover charge can be around CAD 15-20!
If you don't attend events, or are currently located in a city where we don't host them, the other perks and benefits guarantee that you'll be saving more than the cost of your membership.
